1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Racket Mate (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

B. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

C. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Log fictional or fraudulent match results (i.e., you agree to log real matches and scores only).
• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Match Data Ownership and Visibility

By logging match results and creating rivalries on Racket Mate, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Visibility: Your name/alias and all associated match results are intended to be publicly visible within the Service to all users participating in the rivalry, and potentially on global leaderboards.
• License: You grant Racket Mate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the match data you submit for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

4. Racket Mate PRO Subscription (If Applicable)

Racket Mate may offer an optional paid subscription (Racket Mate PRO).

• Billing: Fees for the PRO subscription will be billed on an annual basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it or Racket Mate cancels it.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to formally request account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Racket Mate disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Racket Mate, nor its owner(s), be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
